2. Ship item(s) via the service of your choice to the address listed below.
3. Once we receive your item(s), you'll receive a gift card via email for the amount indicated. All shipping fees are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

All returns must be on the way back to us within 10 days of date received.
All items must be returned in original condition with tags attached. Worn and damaged items will not be accepted, and any items with makeup, stains, deodorant, food, and any odors will not be accepted. Washed items are also not eligible for return. If items are sent back in poor or washed condition, we reserve the right to not accept the return. See below for a complete list of items not eligible for return.
Place items in original or similar packaging and include your original receipt, along with reason for return. If you do not have access to this form, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.

All items accepted for returns are returned for store credit only. You will receive a gift card once your item has been processed at our warehouse. You will receive an email when this has been completed.
To exchange an order for another size or color, please go ahead and place the replacement order first to ensure you're able to get the item before it sells out.

We are not responsible for packages that are lost/stolen. Please ensure that shipping information is correct prior to placing your order. If you feel this has happened, please inquire with UPS if you feel your package is lost/stolen.
